What is integration?

To integrate means, to make whole: a psychedelic experience or the growing awareness while microdosing tend to bring to the surface new ideas, new perspectives, clarity about who we are or why we're here. Yet ever so often, they bring up old emotions or hidden parts of ourself and our human experience, that were never meant to be hidden. They are pure wisdom! Also, they are key to living a more wholesome, effortless, and meaningful life.

How is it done?

By actively engaging with these insights and pieces you make sense of them and uncover their meaning. They also hold an invitation - always.

• "Now that I have discovered this, what do I want to do?"

• "Can I take action that is in alignment with who I am?"

Who is this workshop for?
Anyone who would like to kick-off or deepen the integration process for:

• A psychedelic experience you've had in the past

• A past microdosing process

• A current microdosing process 

What will you learn?
We will introduce relevant concepts and theory, but will use most of the workshop time for activities that you will apply directly to your experienced journey:

• Guided meditation

• Journaling

• Ritual

• Music

• Imagination

• Sharing (optional)

What will you take away?

• A more connected, accepted and embodied understanding of your psychedelic experience or microdosing journey.

• Simple tools and methods that you can use any time, to apply to a future journey and continue to integrate this one.  

This workshop will be led by Jakobien van der Weijden - holistic coach and co-founder of Microdosing Institute.

NOTE: In this workshop we will not teach how to microdose.
